The medical evidence, done properly, for the veterans you serve.

You handle the claim. We handle one piece of it: finding the evidence in the records and getting it in front of a licensed clinician. The veteran starts with a free Nexus Check.

Who this is for

Accredited attorneys, accredited claims agents and Veterans Service Organization representatives whose veterans need a medical nexus opinion. You stay the veteran’s representative. We never file, represent or contact the VA.

How fast we respond

If we don’t respond the same day during business hours, you get 15% off your nexus letter.

A call, voicemail or text from us counts as our reply. Business hours: Mon to Fri 8 to 5, Sat and Sun 8 to 2 Pacific. Terms

Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat–Sun 8am–2pm Pacific.

How a referral works

  1. You send the veteran to us. Share your referral link, or have them call (360) 347-2563 and tell us you sent them.

  2. The veteran starts the free Nexus Check. They upload their service, VA and private records into a private, invitation-only folder. Nobody emails records. They don’t have to upload them before or during our first call.

  3. We read every page. The report lists the evidence for the claim, the evidence against it, and what’s missing, with the page for every finding. Findings arrive within 2 days after the records are ready.

  4. We walk the veteran through it. On the evidence call, by phone, by video, or in person locally. If the records don’t support a nexus, we say so plainly, and nothing else happens.

  5. If the records support it, the veteran can request a letter.

  6. The veteran gets the signed letter. They, or you with their written permission, submit it. The letter is guaranteed within 6 business days once payment clears, your records permission is on file and a clinician is assigned.

No referral fees. Ever.

We don’t pay referral fees, and we don’t accept them. Nothing about a referral changes what the clinician concludes. Veterans you refer get a lower price on their first letter instead (see Prices).

How records stay private

  • Records go into a private folder set up for that one veteran, by invitation only. Please don’t email records, Social Security numbers or claim numbers.
  • Only the people working the case can open it. A clinician sees case records only after the veteran requests a letter and authorizes that review.
  • We share the report or letter with you only when the veteran tells us to in writing.
  • Nexus Check case files are deleted 90 days after delivery.
  • We protect records with strict safeguards: a private, invitation-only folder, restricted access, and deletion on a set schedule. Details: Privacy · Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

What we don’t do

  • We aren’t a law firm, a VSO, or VA-accredited, and we don’t give legal advice.
  • We don’t file claims, represent veterans, or contact the VA.
  • We don’t predict or promise VA decisions. The VA decides every claim.
  • We don’t take a percentage of backpay. Our fees are flat.
