I'm Carson Bates. I started Anchorpoint in Burlington, Washington.

Before this, I spent nearly two years inside the VA-claims industry, at two companies that help veterans get nexus letters. I worked with veterans every day. I learned what the VA looks for, where the evidence usually sits in a file, and why claims fall short.

I kept seeing the same thing. The condition was real. The proof was often already in the veteran's records, on a page nobody had pointed to. Without that page, the opinion had little to stand on, and so the denial stood.

That's why I built Anchorpoint to do the evidence part right. We read every page of your records and tie each finding to its page, including the pages that work against you. We draft the opinion from that work. A licensed clinician reviews it against your records, edits it, and signs only what they independently support. If your file can't support a claim, I'll tell you that plainly.
